Privacy Policy
How App Work Line handles information when you browse this static website.
Data controller
The controller for this website is App Work Line, Level 8, 34 Poultry, London EC2R 8EJ, email info@appworkline.click, telephone +44 20 7946 1920.
Information collected
This website does not contain lead forms and does not collect form submissions, newsletter sign-ups, or account registrations.
If you email or telephone the desk, we receive the information you choose to send, such as an issue title and your return address on the email. That correspondence sits in ordinary business mail, not in a website database.
Server logs operated by a hosting provider may record technical data such as IP address, browser type, and requested URL as part of delivering the pages. We do not use that log data to build marketing profiles.
Cookies
A first-party preference stored in localStorage under the key appworkline_cookie_consent remembers whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies. See the cookie policy for the table of cookie types.
If you reject optional cookies, the site continues to function. Essential storage for the banner choice may still be used so the banner can stay dismissed.
Analytics
Optional analytics cookies are used only if you press Accept on the banner. If you press Reject, we do not run optional analytics on your browser from this site.
Retention
Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to complete a review conversation or to meet record-keeping duties, then deleted or archived according to ordinary business practice. Banner preferences remain until you clear site data.
User rights
If UK data protection law applies to you, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Because we do not run website accounts, many requests are handled by searching our mailbox for your address.
International transfers
If a hosting provider stores log data outside the United Kingdom, we rely on that provider’s published transfer mechanisms. We do not sell personal information.
Third-party services
Fonts may be requested from Google Fonts. Images may load from Unsplash. Clicking through to Veve or another external site is governed by that site’s privacy notice, not this one.
Changes
We will post updates on this page.
